- Identify and order replacement parts using catalogs and computer systems.
- Process merchandise orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and track lost sales.
- Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and customers.
- Receive, ship, and store parts according to company guidelines.
- Handle warranty parts and returns, ensuring proper documentation.
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date on product bulletins.
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
- Certificate from a college/technical school or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
- Experience in a parts counter role preferred.
