Responsibilities:
- Experience and proficiency in E- filing documents with the Federal and Florida State Courts.
- Maintain and update client contact information.
- Oversee attorney's schedules and billings.
- Ensure all client's payables information is correctly captured and documented.
- Operate a multi-line phone system.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of tasks.
- Calendaring (using Outlook); scheduling meetings, depositions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years’ litigation experience.
- Must have Commercial Litigation experience.
- Trial preparation experience.
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to type at least 55 Words per minute.
