Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire
Location: Safety Harbor, Florida

We are in search of an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Safety Harbor, Florida. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and fixing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection checklist to identify maintenance needs and address them efficiently.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as electrical, welding and mechanical .
• Troubleshoot and repair machines fixtures, and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report significant repair needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an advantage.
