Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries.
The position is located at queens, New York with the expectation of 90% driving around great New York area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with glaziers, manufacturers, developers, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote Tempco Glass products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet when provided with confidential information
- 3-5 years sales experience in the glazing/glass industry, preferable in Great New York Area.
- Strong oral communication ability in English, a second language is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to manage projects
- Good decision making
- Take initiatives in selling products and building connections
- Education Level: College Degree or higher and architecture related major preferred
