Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to support employee needs and maintain accurate payroll records.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using the payroll software Time & Payroll
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure all payroll transactions are accurately recorded.
- Analyze payroll data and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee records, benefits, and deductions related to payroll.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Calculate mobile service commissions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll is a plus.
