Job Description
The position of Tech Support Adviser has the responsibility of providing technical and application support as well as technical training to TEC customers, outside TEC Sales, and internal TEC Sales support. The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete working knowledge of the technical aspects in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment distributed by TEC.
- Provide technical and application support via phone or field job site visits to TEC customers.
- Provide technical and application support for inside and outside sales staff.
- Provide technical support for TEC parts division.

Requirements
3 year Trade school degree in HVACR, or completion of a union apprentice program in the HVACR environment.
10 years’ experience in the HVACR industry related to service and installation.
Salary : $56,000
