HVAC Mechanic

TemperaturePro San Antonio is looking for a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician & Mechanicto join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in troubleshooting, maintenance, and mechanical expertise. In this role, you will work on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and longevity
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Install or replace parts and components, including compressors, coils, thermostats, etc
• Adhere to applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations in all work
• Utilize advanced technology and diagnostic tools to optimize system performance
• Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies, including inverter technology and energy-efficient solutions
• Ensure high-quality service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance
  
  

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with inverter technology and energy-efficient HVAC solutions
• Solid understanding of indoor air quality and air balance principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients
• Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Service Titan preferred
