Book Service Calls – Gather accurate customer information by asking the right questions, actively listening, and addressing concerns with empathy. Schedule & Promote Services – Proactively reach out to customers for maintenance scheduling, promote seasonal offers, and ensure our dispatch board stays full. Lead & Campaign Tracking – Track new customers, daily campaigns, and lead calls for efficient follow-up and conversion. Post-Service Satisfaction Surveys – Conduct “Happy Calls” to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction. Online Reviews & Referrals – Call, text, and email customers with links to request positive online reviews and referrals. Lead Generation Management – ⏳Promptly respond to time-sensitive lead notifications from platforms like Chiirp, Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Yelp. Cross-Training & Collaboration – Work interchangeably with Dispatch and Inside Customer Experience teams to enhance customer interactions. What You Bring : 🗣️ Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm ⏰ Dependability and accountability. ⏳Punctuality and consistency are key to our team's success. 💻 Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Ability to learn and navigate ServiceTitan CRM software and follow workflows efficiently.
