Book Service Calls – Gather accurate customer information by asking the right questions, actively listening, and addressing concerns with empathy . Schedule & Promote Services – Proactively reach out to customers for maintenance scheduling , promote seasonal offers , and ensure our dispatch board stays full. Lead & Campaign Tracking – Track new customers, daily campaigns, and lead calls for efficient follow-up and conversion. Post-Service Satisfaction – Conduct “Happy Calls” to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction. Encourage Online Reviews & Referrals – Call, text, and email customers to request positive online reviews and referrals. Follow Up on Open Estimates – Communicate with customers regarding repair or replacement estimates , ensuring seamless follow-ups. Lead Generation Management – Promptly respond to time-sensitive lead notifications from platforms like Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Yelp . Cross-Training & Collaboration – Work closely with our Dispatch and Inside Customer Experience teams to enhance customer interactions.
