Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description:
The HRBP will have responsibility for a wide range of human resources services in our manufacturing plants and will aide with projects and responsibilities in various locations when needed. The ideal candidate will have a background as an HR business partner and strong experience developing relationships, implementing compliant processes, and making sound decisions. This role requires a self-starter, who can work autonomously with a high-level of accountability.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide and ensure efficient, day-to-day HR administration and operations in assigned facility
- Works closely with management and employees to maintain positive work relationships and morale, and foster engagement and retention
- Serve as front line resource for responding to and solving employee concerns and questions
- Manages disciplinary procedures consistent with TemperPacks progressive discipline system and seeks advice from HR Manager and HR Director on complex issues
- Thoroughly conducts investigations an determines appropriate resolution
- Provides managers and supervisors with HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manages leave and disability programs consistent with state/federal laws
- Manages and ensures the accurate filing of important documentation in employees personnel files
- Manages HRIS and ATS platforms
- Assists and supports with the rollout of company HR initiatives
- Manages and update employee attendance records and track compliance with company policies regarding absences, tardiness, and leave
- Coordinate and facilitate performance management processes, ensuring timely documentation and consistent feedback
- Assist with employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture and strengthen team morale
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
Extensive knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, employment laws, recruiting, and compensation
A minimum of 5 years of HRBP or HR Generalist, in a manufacturing company preferred
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
