Job Description
The Engineering Department at TemperPack is looking for an intern to assist in prototype equipment design, assembly, and testing this summer. Currently, TemperPack has multiple projects in-progress to improve manufacturing processes and equipment. The focus of the internship this summer is to assist in validating the function and determining improvements of a new piece of de-stacking and cutting equipment for our GreenCell product.

Qualifications
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of components with basic hand tools
- Functional check-out of prototype manufacturing equipment under guidance Lead Engineers
- Data collection and processing during equipment trials
- Reading mechanical assembly drawings and instructions
- 3D CAD of mechanical parts
- Inspection and inventory of received or fabricated parts
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering or related field.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
