*Job Overview*

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will analyze roofing projects and prepare accurate cost estimates. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

*Responsibilities*

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

- Negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers

- Collaborate with project management and roofing teams to ensure accurate estimates

- Monitor and control project costs throughout the roofing process

- Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing

- Review and interpret roofing contracts to ensure compliance

*Skills*

- Proficiency in Commercial and Multi-family estimating.

- Strong project management skills

- Knowledge of Roofing site operations and processes

- Familiarity with Roofing management principles

- Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers

- Understanding of cost control methods in roofing projects

- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements

- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions relevant to estimating

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
