Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for on-site tasks such as caulking, tile laying, concrete forming, and restoration work.
• Prepare roofing estimates based on project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
