Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture and grow business in the multifamily roofing market
- Provide continuous coaching, training, and support to ensure your team remains at the top of their game
- Establish metrics for success and hold your team accountable for meeting goals
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multifamily sector, including property managers, developers, and general contractors
Requirements
- 10 years of sales experience in commercial roofing or construction industry, focusing on multifamily projects
- 5 years of experience managing or leading sales teams
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, multifamily project timelines, and budget requirements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills
Benefits
- Starting salary of $75,000 base
- Multiple types of unlimited Commission Earnings in addition to base salary
- Personal sales 4% on total revenue (12% if margins are over 40%)
