QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Lead and manage large, strategic programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and product management to achieve program goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in program management, including leading large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
