RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for generating new B2B revenue from small and medium-sized US building trades contractors by successfully identifying, pitching and closing new prospects. This position is the ideal “hunter” role :
- No cap on earnings.

You need to generate at least 50% of your quota from sourcing your own deals. Inbound lead flow and referrals provide “air cover” to get you over the line.
You are responsible for prospecting for new business via phone, supporting cold email, and LinkedIn and Facebook prospecting. The incentive plan targets overachievers with verifiable track records of being their company's #1, #2 (or #3 if >
10 peers) OTE earner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Here are the four key prerequisites we are looking for in our next Business Development Manager :
1. You have sold B2B solutions in the US market, specifically in building trades / construction verticals.
2. You have experience selling solutions starting at $10,000 annually.
3. You have worked in small, fast-growing teams.
4. You have sold a B2B solution with moderate complexity.

This full-time position requires working hours between 7 AM and 3 PM CT (-06 : 00 GMT), Monday through Friday. There is flexibility to start your day one hour earlier. This is a hybrid role that will require one day in the office (Michigan City, IN) for meetings and training with the remainder done from home.
