TempExperts is hiring for a Estimator with experience in Commercial & Residential luxury properties for a general contracting company in Palm Harbor, FL .
This is a direct hire opportunity.
Must have at least 10 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial luxury property construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.
Essential Job Functions :
- Strong verbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
- Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
- Participate in budget reviews.
- Review construction drawings.
- Assist with project design and cost control.
