TempExperts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for i mmediate hire at an established company in West Palm Beach, FL !
The ideal candidate must be computer savvy and experienced in Word, Excel, and excellent phone etiquette. Dispatch experience is a plus.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Welcome and professionally engage every customer / guest on the phone or in person to ensure expectations are met.
Assign account numbers and enter new customer information into the database.
Accurately track and enter orders into the system.
Accurate data entry.
Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
Assign and dispatch trucks for orders and interoffice delivery.
Develop and maintain knowledge of company products. Required skills and attributes :
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Maintain professionalism.
Standing and walking showroom / grounds 25% of day.
