TempExperts is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a government organization in Tampa, FL . This is an immediate hire opportunity.
Responsibilities will include :
Process inbound calls from potential applicants in need of social services.
Answer questions about programs, application processes, document requirements, etc.
Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Required Skills and Attributes :
1-3 years previous experience in an administrative / customer service industry.
Work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high-volume of inbound calls.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not a requirement.
Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
Ability to multitask between incoming calls and logging notes / orders.
Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
