TempExperts is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant with Litigation Experience to join a prestigious law firm in the Tampa, FL area. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities :
Experience and proficiency in E- filing documents with the Federal and Florida State Courts.
Maintain and update client contact information.
Oversee attorney's schedules and billings.
Ensure all client's payables information is correctly captured and documented.
Operate a multi-line phone system.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for a variety of tasks.
Calendaring (using Outlook); scheduling meetings, depositions, etc.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications :
3 years’ litigation experience.
Trial preparation experience.
Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail.
