Responsibilities :
Representing clients in litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide high-quality legal services. Qualifications / Experience :
4 years of litigation experience.
Membership in good standing in the Florida Bar.
Proficient and self-sufficient in pre-trial practice in both state and federal courts.
Experience in handling expert depositions, discovery, mediation, hearings, and dispositive motions.
Jury trial experience preferred.
Excellent legal research and writing skills a must.
