TempExperts is seeking an experienced Litigation Senior Associate / Partner for a well-recognized firm in Miami, FL . This is a Direct Hire position.
Summary :
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with ADA Litigation Commercial Litigation and Employment Law experience.
Responsibilities :
Minimum 8 years of commercial litigation.
ADA and Employment Law experience.
Must be conscientious, detail-oriented, and have exceptional analytical and writing skills.
Must know about federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.
Provide initial analysis of cases and develop case strategy.
Take depositions of relevant parties and witnesses.
Draft legal motions and attend hearings.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Assist and lead in trial proceedings.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Education :
8 years of Commercial Litigation, ADA, and Employment Law Experience.
JD and Florida Bar member in good standing.
Attention to detail.
Excellent Communication Skills.
