Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Early Childhood Educational Settings
Requirements:
- Attendance during all assigned hours, regardless of children present
- Set up and maintain a classroom environment and atmosphere that encourages child-centered activities
- Follow the plans that have been created, that enhance the mission and the goals of the program, as well as the Judaic content of the curriculum
- Encourage the growth of positive identity, self-esteem, and self-discipline in the children you teach
- Ensure that the children in your care are well supervised at all times, consistent with the New Mexico licensing requirements and Accreditation standards
- Communicate with the staff and families of the children in their care
- Maintain confidentiality concerning the children, families, staff and school related matters
- Satisfy all requirements of the New Mexico licensing agency and the accrediting body
- Perform COVID Safe cleaning practices as per Guidelines of the DOH and as in Staff Handbook
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
- All staff are required to follow Preschool policies and Temple policies. The safety and well-being of all children at the preschool is the primary responsibility of the entire staff

- Be able to work daily from 9:00am to 5:30pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.85 per hour starting wage, increases dependent on education and experience

- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Early Childhood Certificate (Preferred)
