Hospitality Team Responsibilities
- Answer Phones (Script provided) –Speak “Transformation Language”
- Greet Members
- Check in Members
- Silver Sneakers & Prime-Scan Card, Manual input, Write names
- Members – Scan Card/ “check in”, enter/ take pictures, replace scan key card, update information in system
- Redeem classes and Personal Training sessions
- Suggestive Selling (training)
- Monitor equipment floor, Cardio room and pool deck
- No bags on floor
- Pick up paper, wipes or items left on the floor
- Replace unused weights
- Replace wipes
- Check restroom
- Refill paper towels and toilette tissue
- Set Appointments –Fitness Assessments, Personal Training, etc.
- Facilitate Tours (script provided)
- Silver Sneakers Sign up- Forms
- Simple Cleaning
- Wipe down Equipment
- Clean glass
- Wipe down front desk
- Make Calls- Promotional Specials, Payment Recovery
- Sign in Guests/Prospects
- Report and Document Maintenance issues
- Report and Document Incidents
- Hourly walk through
- Member Sign up
- Update Member Information in System
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
