Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth nightclub experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Checking IDs/Safety Checks: Ensuring that patrons are of legal age and meet the venue's entry criteria
- Enforcing rules: Refusing entry to intoxicated people and ensuring that patrons follow the venue's dress code and rules
- Managing crowds: Controlling the flow of people into and out of the venue
- De-escalating conflicts: Handling disagreements and removing unruly patrons from the premises
- Providing first aid: Helping with minor injuries or accident
Requirements
- Previous experience as Unarmed or Armed Security or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Basic knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle guest concerns effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, enhancing safety awareness in the club environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- A background in Military or loss prevention may be advantageous but is not required.
