What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Manager - Medical Oncology - Academic Medicine position at Temple Health – Temple University Health System?
The Administrative Manager provides overall direction for all activities related to administration, personnel, office management and safety. The Administrative Manager reports to the Department Business Manager and works closely with the Department Chairperson for the development and implementation of department policies and procedures. The Administrative Manager is responsible for providing leadership, staff development and management of key areas.
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience in a management/supervisory role (Required)
5 Years experience in a Healthcare Facility - Physician Practice (Required)
