Job Summary
- The Clinical Applications Release Coordinator assists in defining and implementing the change control processes and coordinates environment activities including updates, upgrades and build migrations. The release coordinator will work with IT teams and key operations personnel to help develop release timelines, coordinate testing efforts and work with technical teams to coordinate downtime windows. The Clinical Applications Release Coordinator will ensure that changes are scheduled and deployed with minimal disruption to the business while ensuring alignment with IT departments and the Project Management Office. This role will ensure that operational and project-based change requests are organized, managed, evaluated, approved, documented, and communicated appropriately to the user community and various stakeholders. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration with other application teams required. Epic Certification Data Courier Administration required upon hire or within 90 days of hire.
*This position is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Remote on Monday and Friday.*
Education
- Associates Degree : in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
- EC - Epic Certification (Required)
Experience
- 3 Years experience in Healthcare Information Technology (Required)
- General Experience with investigative and problem-solving skills (Required)
- General Experience and prior working knowledge with Epic Nova, Data Courier and Sherlock (Preferred)
- General Experience leading formal change management process (Preferred)
