Temple Hospital's Lung Transplant Department is looking to hire a Clinical Director!!
Description
Oversees the day-to-day technical and clinical administration of the Transplant Program. Plans, directs, coordinates and serves as the clinical liaison for the activities, projects, and programs of the Transplant Program. Works closely with the Associate Vice President and medical leadership regarding Transplant patient services, including the delivery of services, state of relevant technology and equipment, revenue generation, establishment of reimbursement for charges, and all other administrative matters.
Education
Masters Degree : Nursing or Health Care Administration (Required)
Other : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
Experience
7 Years experience in extensive clinical transplant. (Required)
General Experience and knowledge of applicable health care legislation and regulations. (Required)
General Experience in Clinical Research protocol and oversight of research activities. (Required)
General Experience supervising in a transplant setting. (Required)
License / Certifications
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
