The Director of Nurse Navigation leads the development, implementation and evaluation of structures, processes and procedures for the seamless movement of hospitalized and ambulatory patients across the continuum of their cancer care. Responsibilities include: program development, management, budgeting,
quality metrics/dashboard and analyzing inpatient and ambulatory patient outcomes related to the Nurse
Navigation program at FCCC and disease specific clinical programming.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required)
Masters Degree : Nursing or Business Administration (Preferred)
Experience
3 Years experience in Nursing management role (Required)
5 Years Experience In Clinical Nursing. (Required)
License/Certifications
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
