The Lead Clinical Application Analyst plays a crucial role in supervising the improvement, maintenance, and management of specific applications within Temple Health. This position entails leading projects, providing guidance to team members, collaborating with business units and stakeholders, representing the department in various capacities, and contributing to vendor relationship management. Additionally, the Lead Clinical Application Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of application solutions.
Education
Bachelors Degree: in Nursing or relevant field /clinical specialty (Required)
Experience
5 Year Experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently (Required)
General Experience and Knowledge in direct patient care processes and workflows (Required)
General Experience and knowledge with project management simultaneously leading and coordinating multiple projects (Required)
General Experience leading and mentoring a team in a high performing collaborative team environment (Required)
General Experience and in-depth knowledge of fundamental hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language (Required)
General Experience and knowledge with analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements (Required)
General Experience In Healthcare IT (Preferred)
