- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, design applications such Canva, SignUp Genius, Zoom
- Experience managing a budget and credit card expenses
- Strong interpersonal skills
About this Role:
- Manage school and summer camp enrollment
- Maintain files for children and staff per EEC policies
- Maintain online database
- Prepare payroll for bookkeeper and track spending against budget
- Arrange coverage for teachers (subs and breaks)
- Represent the ELC to prospective families
- Order program supplies
- Attend weekly Temple administrative and staff meetings as ELC point of contact
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $45,000- $50,000 annually. This is a full-year, full-time (40 hours/week) position.
