Performs Medical Records functions for the Cancer Center. Performs check-in and check-out functions in the Cancer Center in addition to scheduling chemotherapy and ancillary procedures. Greets patients and family members in a welcoming manner and works as part of a team to provide a good patient experience. Customer service is a key component of all duties.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
2 Years experience in a secretarial or clerical/general office position (Required)
1 Year experience in IDX, EPIC, Chemotherapy Scheduling (Preferred)
1 Year experience in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
40 hours/8:30a-5:00p
