Summary of Position
The Physician Assistant Program at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking qualified candidates and candidate nominations for a Physician Assistant Faculty position at the rank of assistant or associate professor
The mission of the Physician Assistant Program of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is to provide high-quality didactic and clinical education and training to our students while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and empowering learning environment. We are committed to developing compassionate, respectful, and culturally humble physician assistants who will deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based, accessible health care within their communities.
Some of the responsibilities for this position include being a course director, coordination and direction of curriculum, student advising, admission screening and interviewing, student evaluation, and lecturing – to name a few. Clinical time for those looking to practice may also be an option where available.

Candidate Qualifications
- MS in Physician Assistant Studies with current NCCPA Certification
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a health care provider.
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania physician assistant license.
