What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Closing Collateral and Servicing Analyst position at Temple View Capital LLC?
Temple View Capital (TVC) is a direct Private Money Lender seeking a detail oriented, well organized, individual to be responsible for all reporting functionality pertaining to loan collateral, post-closing quality control and due diligence and any ad hoc reporting required by the transaction management and post closing teams.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile missing document Custodial reports weekly and responsible for curing with outsourced trailing document company or internally
- Communicate with other departments to validate errors found within origination system and or closing documents
- Make corrections to LOS, as required
- Identify data discrepancies and communicate trends to management
- Engages in frequent communication with other departments to verify or obtain missing information needed in order to deliver loan files to Investors & Servicer
- Builds/develops tracking tools to assist in departments management of tasks
- Helps to build efficiency in the department with reporting and technology
- Deliver diligence files and data to trading partners and third party review (TPR) companies
- Monitor, research, escalate, address and report on diligence findings
- Reviews and validates weekly foreclosure/bankruptcy collateral requests from servicing oversight team and works with collateral specialist to fulfill
- Works with external vendors to order assignments of mortgages for all needed accounts and cure deficiencies to ensure all assignments are recorded
- Processes all lien release requests from servicer weekly and updates loan origination system accordingly
- Processes all weekly paid in full collateral release requests and works with the collateral specialist to ensure proper shipment of files
