The Templeton Community Services District is recruiting for the following position:
PARKS MAINTENANCE WORKER I/II/III: The successful applicant will perform various parks and recreation; landscape and/or facilities maintenance, repair and installation work, and perform other duties, as assigned. Salary: $3,678.32 to $5,434.56 a month ($21.75 to $32.14), DOE, plus benefits.
BENEFITS: Medical Insurance – District enrolls in CalPERS health insurance (employee only receives $864.75, employee plus one receives $1,556.55 per month and employee plus two or more receives $1,971.63 per month); $2,000 Annual Health Care Reimbursement Program; Employee Assistance Program; PERS Retirement 2.5% @ age 55 (3 yr. avg. formula) for legacy employees (Pre 2013) working for CalPERS agency or one w/reciprocity with CalPERS. New members - 2% @ age 62. Sick Leave Accrual (1-day per month); Social Security/Medicare; Vacation (10 days per year for first five years of service, 15 days after five years and 20 days after fifteen years); 12.5 paid holidays and a Section 457 Deferred Comp Plan is available on a voluntary participation basis.
Licenses and/or Certifications Required:
Park Maintenance Worker I/II/III: Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s License is required and a Class B is desirable. Possession of a valid State of California Pesticide Applicators License Certificate is desirable.
