The Bartender will be expected to sell, prepare, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons at the establishment. They will be responsible for keeping their workstation clean and well-stocked, as well as responding to customers in an efficient and professional manner. The employee must perform all duties in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and national liquor laws.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and liquor.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide beverage recommendations.
- Accept payments from customers, balance cash receipts, and provide appropriate change.
- Verify customers' age and ensure they are not over intoxicated.
- Keep areas in and around the bar clean and well-organized.
- Prepare garnishes, clean glassware, restock ingredients, remove trash, and wipe up spills.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines as directed.
- Review inventory and submit orders for liquor, beer, and other supplies as needed.
- Participate in company-mandated staff meetings and training programs.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by site supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience serving in an upscale dining environment.
- Prior bartending experience highly valued; applicants must have working knowledge of basic mixology techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to identify a situation with food allergens and/or allergic reactions to foods and beverages.
Schedule: Full-time/Days and Evenings; hours available from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Mon-Sat.
Pay: $15.00/hr. tips and gratuities.
