Excellent opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to work for a locally owned business in Presque Isle. Flexible part-time schedule with hours available from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Previous experience helpful, but not required. $15.00-$16.00/hr.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for updating reservations, processing payments, responding to customer requests for assistance and/or information, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and assist guests at the check-in counter.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to requests for assistance and information.
- Process requests for room reservations.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Provide concierge services and information about local amenities and attractions.
- Prepare invoices for guests at check-out and ensure that payments are processed correctly.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 1-2 years of professional customer service experience. Prior experience in hospitality industry strongly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
Schedule: Part-time/Evenings; hours available from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hr.
