You will answer incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, relay messages, collect and organize client information, file paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and staff.
- File and organize paperwork and documents according to established protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
