In this role, you will provide administrative support to our facility, carrying out a variety of clerical duties as needed. You will answer incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, relay messages, collect and organize client information, file paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and staff.
- File and organize paperwork and documents according to established protocols.
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail and other shipments.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
Salary : $16 - $19
