Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees using QuickBooks.
- Ensure compliance with certified payroll requirements and labor standards for union contractors.
- Manage and maintain accurate payroll and compliance records in LCP Tracker.
- Verify and prepare prevailing wage reports for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper documentation for compliance audits.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, unions, and external parties.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure payroll data aligns with union and legal regulations.
- Assist with reporting and documentation for government-mandated compliance requirements.
- Support the team with payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Experience using LCP Tracker is a plus.
- Prior experience processing payroll in a unionized or construction environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of certified payroll practices and prevailing wage requirements.
