We are hiring for a great client in El Segundo! We are seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support within the Human Resources department. This is an on-site contract role, working Tuesday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing for HR-related processes.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and route requests to appropriate team members.
- Track and update HR databases, including employee attendance and compliance records.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies by maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling mail and ordering office supplies.
