The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, including reviewing applications and proposals, managing budgets, drafting correspondence, assisting with reports, coordinating activities, and serving as a liaison for various initiatives. Schedule : 28 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities :
- Review and process applications and proposals.
- Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Draft and edit correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating activities and events.
- Serve as a point of contact for various initiatives.
