Senior Information Technology Analyst

We are hiring a Senior IT Analyst for a great client in Westminster, CA on a contract basis. This position is responsible for supporting, developing, and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. The IT Systems Analyst will assist in troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and providing technical support for various business applications, network infrastructure, and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Define and document business and technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain system specifications, workflows, and procedural documentation.
• Provide technical support for software applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement IT solutions and resolve issues.
• Support end-users by responding to IT-related requests and providing training as needed.
• Assist in system testing, upgrades, and integration of new technology solutions.
• Monitor system security and performance, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Maintain documentation on IT processes, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with database management, reporting tools, and business applications.
• Ability to analyze, research, and implement IT solutions based on business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with security protocols and risk assessments is a plus.
