What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Executive position at Temporary Wall Systems Schaumburg?
● Sales - As a Temporary Wall Systems Sales person, you will be responsible for generating new business/revenue in the form of contracts to rent temporary walls to General Contractors & commercial construction clients.
● Networking: You will be responsible for in-person sales & networking activities that include meeting General Contractors (GC) at construction site-walkthroughs, at trade association events, and other similar opportunities to meet GCs in person.
● Mindset - You should have a ‘hunter’ mindset wherein you will continuously look for new leads despite slow responses, road-blocks, and sometimes dead-ends.
● Cold Calling & Visits: You will engage in cold sales visit activities. This includes visits to construction sites, General contractor company offices, facility managers etc. You will also be responsible for cold-calling for sales opportunities.
● Lunch & Learns: You will be responsible for conducting lunch & learns at General Contractors to explain about temporary walls and look for business opportunities.
● Creating Proposals: You should be able to draft & review proposals/contracts as per client needs. Follow-up with clients on emails, phone calls, and in-person visits to close the deal.
● Wall Installations: You should be comfortable in planning, executing, and managing temporary wall installations at client locations, in dealing with site specific logistic challenges. This includes providing guidance to temporarily hired installers.
● This role aggressively pursues new business opportunities, generates sales leads, and maintains consistent contact with existing clientele to ensure growth, strengthen business relationships, and exceed revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities:
● Generate and aggressively pursue sales leads including in-person cold visits.
● Network with General Contractor & Facility Manager community via site-walkthroughs, bid opening events, attending events, and leveraging established relationships.
● Maintain consistent contact with pre-existing clients to ensure strong partnerships and expand market share within their organization.
● Conduct lunch & learn sessions at General Contractor offices. Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, features, and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
● Coordinate with construction project managers to schedule installation, maintenance, and removal of containments.
● Plan wall installations, manage site installation team and make site specific installation decisions.
● Attend weekly team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, objectives, and challenges.
● Represent the TWS brand in a professional and accommodating manner at all times.
● Adhere to all Temporary Wall Systems policies and procedures.
Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
