We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team, working directly with clients in a group home setting. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support with daily living tasks, promote independence, and foster a positive and uplifting environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Encourage socialization and community integration
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- At least 6 months experience in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities, certified as an HHA, CNA or NA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
