Our client is seeking a Director of Independent Dispute Resolution. Growing company with a strong infrastructure. Role is hybrid in Nassau County. Must have 5 years in total in a management capacity handling out of network surgeon claims along with 2-3 years of NYS and Federal arbitration experience. JD is highly preferred.
Strong computer skills including MS Excel, follow up skills, negotiating skills, medical billing / coding skills and communication skills.
