This role reports directly to the Office Manager and offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in men’s and women’s lavatories, ensuring counters, sinks, and toilet seats are wiped and sanitized regularly.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet seat covers, paper towels, and liquid hand soap to ensure availability at all times.
- Clean and maintain the outdoor terrace, wiping down furniture weekly and covering / uncovering patio furniture as required by weather or season.
- Unload the dishwasher after the afternoon cycle to ensure kitchenware is ready for use.
- Perform weekly refrigerator cleaning and wipe down surfaces, including counters, sinks, and coffee machines.
- Break down and tie cardboard boxes for proper disposal.
- Assist with conference room catering setup and cleanup, including packaging leftovers, discarding garbage, and sanitizing tables after use.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches, chairs, and reception areas) to minimize the spread of germs.
- Ensure the office adheres to cleanliness standards outlined by company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture through teamwork and responsiveness.
