What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at TemPositions?
Our client is seeking a customer service associate who is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Log and schedule service appointments and calls
- Preparing client invoices and assisting in billing
- Maintaining and developing relationships with vendors and clients
- Manage high of incoming calls and emails
- Will train, but must have great Phone, PC and Customer care skills.
- Hours are 8-5or 9-6 with some weekend coverage
Skills :
Prior HVAC or construction experience a plus
