Employment Defense Attorney
Primarily remote role with a small growing employment defense firm in Sacramento. Occasional travel to Auburn for court appearances and training.

Responsibilities:
- Provide employment law advice to HR professionals, corporations, and attorneys
- Represent employers in employment defense litigation and court appearances
- Work independently on cases from start to finish
- Assist with preventative legal advice to clients
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in California with 2 years of employment law defense experience
- Litigation and court experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of California employment law is a must
