- Secured Finance Transactions - Structure and negotiate high-value deals.
- Contracts - Draft, review, and manage a variety of business agreements.
- Business & Commercial Real Estate - Provide expert legal counsel on property transactions.
- Business Formations - Guide new businesses from inception to operation.
- General Business Practice - Offer comprehensive legal support to diverse clients.
